Interior and exterior renovations of this carriage house provided accessibility retrofits and general enhancements to meet changing needs.  An accessible entrance ramp was integrated into the design of a new breakfast terrace overlooking the garden.  Roll-in shower and bathing areas on the first level are provided adjacent to a newly created ground floor bedroom.
