This small mudroom was made more functional by outfitting it with new built‐ins. New storage includes a stacked washer/dryer cabinet, a bench seat with storage compartment, a generous cook book shelving unit, and a Victorian bracketed shelf with coat hooks.  

The existing door to the covered porch entrance was replaced with a tall french door to take advantage of the garden views and natural light.
